Overview
This Privacy Policy is maintained by Astroverse Ltd. ("we", "us") to explain how the Prediction Market iOS app ("the app") collects and uses information. We built the app to be useful with as little personal data as possible.
Information we collect
- Device information: anonymous identifiers, OS version, and app version used for crash reporting and analytics.
- Usage data: which screens and features are opened, so we can improve the app.
- Preferences: your watchlist and notification settings are stored locally on your device.
We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, wallet keys, or financial account credentials.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the app.
- To diagnose crashes and technical issues.
- To deliver push notifications you enable (e.g. whale alerts, watchlist moves).
Third-party services
The app displays public market data from providers such as Polymarket. We may use standard iOS SDKs (Apple analytics/crash reporting) subject to Apple's privacy terms. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
Data retention
Aggregated analytics are retained for as long as necessary to operate the app. You can delete the app from your device at any time to remove all local data.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
You may request information about the data associated with your device or ask that it be deleted by contacting us. Because we do not maintain personal accounts, most requests are resolved by uninstalling the app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
